November 12 is National Happy Hour Day and

like they always say, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere, especially today!

From 1913 when the practice was begun by the Navy as a morale booster, to 1956 when the practice became mainstream, the idea of heading to your favorite spot for a couple of drinks with your pals has been a reoccurring theme for quite some time.

Adulthood, when you know you’re headed to Happy Hour it becomes nostalgic. Being back in the day at school when you stared at the hands of the clock tick by ever so slowly, counting down until the very second you were free! Tick tick the clock keeps going. All you’re doing is sitting at your desk staring. Thinking of those beers flowing, the mound of nachos & finally talking about ANYTHING BUT WORK!
