Iron Spike Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant in downtown Galesburg. Dedicated to craft beer, inspirational foods, and community building. They have lovingly restored and converted the old central fire station into a 2 story 10,000 square foot brewery, restaurant, and all around awesome place to hang out.
Dovetail Brewing

BYOF (bring your own food) establishment. Dovetails goal is to produce beer of the highest quality similar to the level of craftsmanship found in fine woodworking, thus their name. They are merging continental European styles and techniques with American creativity to produce the kind of beers found in small, family-run breweries in Europe.

With 12 rotating taps, a constant nitro tap, and a guest tap there is something for everyone. There is no kitchen, but you are welcome to bring your own food. Established in 2014.

Alter Brewing + Kitchen, Alter’s first full-service brewery and restaurant! Their facility includes seating for 160 on the inside and 100+ in the outdoor, riverside patio. While the beer is certainly the front man of this band, the supporting musicians are excellent players! A full-service kitchen, wine, and spirit program allows not just beer lovers but all to enjoy the carefully curated offerings.
